Good Chat is a super casual networking event for people who hate networking.
After a little siesta over the holidays, Good Chat is back on the boil, with Darren Robertson, chef and co-owner of Three Blue Ducks, coming to talk about “the pros and cons of chasing perfection.”
Before starting his own business, Darren spent three years as head chef at Tetsuya’s in Sydney, a legendary restaurant that was regularly voted top 10 in the world.
Having moved onto the dawdling pace of the Northern Rivers, we’re keen to know what Darren learnt from those high-pressure environments – where awards and reputations can be lost by a misplaced micro herb – and if he still uses any of those lessons in life and business today.
Whether you’re a local, new in town, or just dreaming about moving your office to the Northern Rivers, everyone’s welcome!
FREE to attend!
When: Thursday, 13 Feb, 5pm–630pm.
Where: Habitat Workspace, Building B1 (Upstairs), 1 Porter Street, Byron Bay
