ABOUT US

A SHORT INTRODUCTION

For decades, Byron has been a place where people moved to recalibrate their lives and nail the perfect work/life balance. The locals have long understood that to get the most from life you need to love where you live, feel inspired by your environment and connect with the people around you. Habitat was created with all this in mind.

“The idea has always been to create a place with lots of different options for people and businesses, so Habitat would be as interesting and diverse as Byron has always been.”

- Habitat Developer, Brandon Saul

THOUGHTFUL DESIGN

Starting with some early concepts by legendary architect Rod Simpson, Habitat slowly evolved into the cleverly designed village you see today thanks to the vision and talent of DFJ Architects. A wildly diverse project, the DFJ team tied everything together through beautiful, inclusive spaces that make everyone feel at home.

LOCATION

Located in North Beach, Habitat is only a stroll to the surf and a 10-minute bike ride into town. That’s if you don’t want to catch the world’s first solar train from across the road. Ballina airport (with direct flights from Melbourne and Sydney) and the Gold Coast International airport are 20 and 40 minutes away.

We reckon it’s a good spot, but take a look for yourself…
